    Being new to Italy can be a tad overwhelming when choosing where to eat, but thank God a friend recommend Chef Mario's. Restaurant! i ordered the Frico which was Polenta, potatoes and this delish ooey gooey cheese and my kiddos had a Pizza. Let me tell you it was soo yummy! And the hospitality here was amazing Mario was so welcoming and inviting to all! We will for sure be back !!!

    This place is superb! The very best restaurant in aviano and anywhere near the whereabouts of Pordenone, I had the spicy seafood spaghetti, which is the best mix of of any pasta I ever ate, the freshness of the sea food was incredible and quality you can taste, the pasta was better than al dente and just the delicacy you want to go back for one more time and time after. Highly recommend this joint, fast service and delicious food, what else could you ask for? New risto is a must, thanks Mario! I had an amazing dinner with my family!!!

    If you like bruschetta don't order it here.  A disappointment with little basil and little flavor.

    The penne was good but salty.

    House wine by the liter is fantastic and like over most of Italy also cheap.

    The freebies of "holy water" and "medicine" were great

    Oh my gosh!  We had arrived in Aviano, Italy and our daughter being our tour guide took us to her most favorite place to start our holiday.  The servers were most gracious and the aroma was very pleasing. We started with glasses of wine and the meal went up from there~ we all three ordered different entree's and enjoyed taste testing.... then we were served holy water -WOW what a wonderful  surprise.  Yes, on top of all that, we had our delicious desserts!  Needless to say we also chose New RistoPizza as our last restaurant before leaving Italy!  Thank you for a fantastic experience!- BOTH TIMES!  Visiting Aviano?  New RistoPizza is a must go! Enjoy!

    Love this place!  I've heard about this place from friends that have been here before.  When we arrived in Italy, some other friends had recommended we go and took us out!  This place lives up to the hype and Mario was an outstanding host!  There will be many more visits here!!!
